Cancellation & Return Information
If you wish to cancel an order, we recommend initiating the request as early as possible. Cancellation requests for shipped orders may not always be feasible.
How You Can Cancel an Order
Via My Orders
Log into your account, go to 'My Orders', open the order details, select 'Cancel Item', choose the items to cancel, provide a reason, and confirm your request.
Via Help Center
Use the Contact Us section and submit your order ID with a cancellation request. Our support team will review and respond within 24 hours.
Via Email or Call
You may also email halteindia@gmail.com or contact customer support at +91 99141 30130 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM – 6:30PM).
Refund & Return Guidelines
Cancellation Before Shipment
- Refund processing within 48–72 business hours.
- 5% payment gateway charges may apply.
Cancellation After Shipment / Return
- Refund processed after warehouse verification.
- 5% gateway charges + one-side shipping charges may apply.
Cancellation After Delivery
- Damaged products may be replaced at no additional cost.
- If the product is returned due to personal preference, gateway and shipping charges for both sides will apply.
Refund Timelines
Refund processing for different payment methods.
Online Payments
Refunds for credit/debit cards and net banking are processed to the original payment account within 5–7 business days after product verification. Banks may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the amount.
Cash on Delivery
COD refunds are processed via bank transfer after receiving your bank details through email or WhatsApp. Processing may take 5–7 business days after product verification.
Return of Complimentary Gifts
If your order included a complimentary gift or promotional item, it must also be returned along with the original product during the return or refund process.
